Job Description

At SCAYLE Payments, Product Managers help build innovative payments products our customers love. Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between finance, risk&compliance, engineering, and customer-facing teams. In order to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our payment gateway platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on business objectives, customer feedback and market trends
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and vision for the payment gateway platform
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications
• Drive the implementation of new features and functionality, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines, security standards, and regulatory requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert on payment technologies, APIs, and integrations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and drive business results

Who you are

• You have minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and platforms, preferably in the payments industry
• You have proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from concept to delivery, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes
• You have deep knowledge of payment technologies, including payment gateways, processing systems, card networks, and alternative payment methods
• You have strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• You have experience working with APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks, with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• You are familiar with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the payments industry, such as PCI DSS, PSD2, and GDPR
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• You are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional products and services

Nice to haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• You have experience working with payment service providers like Adyen, Klarna, PayPal, PayU, Nexi/Concardis, etc and have a solid understanding of at least one of their settlement & payout processes
