The Practice-A Brief Sketch

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song (S&C GN Song) practice works with clients across their marketing, sales and services and customer engagement functions. Our services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, enhancing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

Generative AI Manager is a mid-level position within the Marketing Transformation offering of S&C GN Song. The individual will be responsible for leading and building the gen AI offering for S&C GN Song. This role requires strong leadership, consulting, project management, data science and communication skills with a deep understanding of emerging marketing technologies and trends. The key responsibility will include:

  • Provide thought leadership to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the implementation of generative AI solutions that are aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, identify opportunities for applying generative AI, and provide tailored solutions to address their unique challenges
  • Strategize and execute end-to-end generative AI projects right from origination, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to the successful delivery of the same.
  • Skilled at generating business opportunities through collaborative efforts with the sales team
  • Readily take a techno-marketeer role and act as a bridge between development, business and client teams
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship skills for effectively conveying technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa while reaching an alignment for smooth delivery of the project
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team of generative AI professionals and plan for long-term growth and upskilling
  • Stay on top of the latest gen AI developments and leveraging the same in client conversations and engagements
  • Drive the ethical and responsible usage of generative AI, addressing privacy, bias, and fairness concerns
  • Create business cases, solution deals and develop proposals to bring the best of Accenture’s capabilities to clients.

    Skills to excel at this role:

    • Marketing functional knowledge of gen AI along with broad understanding of foundation model & LLMs
    • Proven experience working in gen AI centered projects
    • Extensive experience working within a consulting firm providing strategic advice and solutions to organizations.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to drive results-oriented decisions.
    • The ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting the specified goals.
    • Ability to effectively manage and lead during crises or challenging project situations by implementing contingency plans
    • Account management and team management skills where the candidate should have led large team and worked with senior management levels.
    • Possess strong communication, presentation and analytical skills, enabling effective client engagement and stakeholder management.
    • Strong understanding of marketing processes & operating models, with broader knowledge of brand, content management, ad-tech, martech, media and marketing operations.
    • Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
    • Experience in working across multiple industries
    • Experience in setting up and growing teams to meet needs across skills, geographies and industries
    • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to apply generative AI methodologies to address complex business challenges

    Your experience counts

    • MBA from a tier 1 institute with specialization in marketing
      • Specialization/ additional courses in Gen AI /data science/ML/AI is a bonus
    • Min 6 years of experience in marketing
