Health Care Analytics Practice focused to support Payer and Provider clients reimagine and design variety of custom business contextual solutions and bring pre-built capabilities to life in their journeys to harness the power of data.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Lead efforts to harness data-driven insights to solve complex challenges in the health insurance sector. This role involves strategic oversight of analytics initiatives that utilize health insurance claims, provider data, and publicly available datasets.
  • Develop and oversee AI-powered predictive models and employ natural language processing to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Drive business development efforts and small project initiatives to expand client base and service offerings.
  • Conduct data wrangling and analysis on healthcare claims, provider datasets, and publicly available health data.
  • Develop predictive models using data science and AI techniques to address client needs.
  • Utilize natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to extract insights from unstructured data sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytics solutions effectively.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable strategies.

What you would do in this role

  • SME for Health domain with 8-10 years of extensive experience in Analytics related activities in this domain
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Involved in scoping, developing, and deploying advanced analytics solution for Health Payer & Provider Client across the Globe
    • Develop statistical models and delivery of analytic offerings and solutions in health areas.
    • Manage daily operations within the team, guide & counsel the team members towards driving the Solution delivery to the Client.
    • Participating in client discussions, developing new industry Point of Views (PoV), re-usable assets (tools) related to Health Analytics
    • Employ advanced analytical techniques such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing to analyze healthcare data.
    • Translate complex analytical findings into clear and concise reports and presentations for various stakeholders, including clinicians, executives, and patients (depending on the role).
    • Identify trends and patterns in healthcare data to inform strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient care.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in healthcare analytics and data science.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proficiency & Experience:
    • 8-10 years of experience in Health analytics
    • Strong ability to tie up the Business Problem with the Analytics outcome.
    • Strong people management skills both at client site and an offshore environment
    • Able to solution architect with project teams and lead large delivery teams.
    • Experience in leading / assisting with BD efforts.
    • Adept with using Statistical (like forecasting/modeling, optimization models), Machine Learning (GBM, Decision Trees etc.), AI techniques (Deep Learning)
    • Good exposure to consulting experience/basic understanding of business problems and suggesting solutions.
    • Good Client handling skills; able to demonstrate thought leadership & problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in data handling suites PYTHON, Spark, SQL, or similar packages
    • Strong knowledge of dashboard & visualization development best practices
    • Strong aptitude, ability, motivation, and interest in placing quantitative analysis in the context of health care business for providers / payers/Public health systems
    • Experience working with cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • In-depth knowledge of healthcare data and regulatory environment (HIPAA etc.) is a plus.
    • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus
