Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements from stakeholders and cross-functional teams and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to enhance the deliverables in visually appealing design and story flow.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize user interface concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Communicate UI design solutions to multiple development teams through detailed specifications and similar types of communication documents.
  • Assist in the creation of design documentation, such as style guides and design specifications.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to produce exceptional design outcomes.
  • Lead and contribute to creative reviews, providing insightful critiques and suggestions.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, best practices and technologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished projects.
  • Proficiency in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and user experience.
  • Exposure to a variety of design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design fundamentals.
  • Ability to articulate your design decisions (verbally and written).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
