Working closely with our clients in Retail, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise—strategic, industry, functional, technical—in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth.

What you would do in this role

• Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of solutions covering multiple cloud technologies, associated Infrastructure /application architecture, development, and operating models
• Ability to work with large data sets and present conclusions to key stakeholders.
• Act as a Data Scientist/Engineer for data handling, extraction, manipulation; creating structured form of data and pulling tangible insights from data.
• Develop executive dashboards to present the analytical insights derived from the data analysis.
• Adept with using Statistical (like forecasting/modeling, data analysis, regression/optimization models), Machine Learning (Clustering, ensemble.) AI techniques (NLP,CNN)
• Managing multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs.
• Good communication and storytelling skills
• Developing our offerings and assets
• Mentoring and developing our people

Who we are looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related Analytics field
• Experience in leading multi-faceted team to deliver projects in agile manner
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics consulting domain with reputed organization is desirable.
• Candidate must have experience in Retail Analytics or relevant domain.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/SQL/Pyspark
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hive).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge on services like Orechestration tool, Storage accounts, Databricks etc.
• Fluent in structured and unstructured data, its management and modern data transformation methodologies
• Experience in ETL, Data Lake and data warehouse pipelines
• Exposure to version control tools like Github,Azure Devops etc
• Proficient in Excel, MS word, Power point, etc.
