Our Data analytics team is currently looking for a data analytics enthusiast – someone who thrives in a team setting where you can help solve business problems and supports solutions delivery with data, analytics, machine learning and creativity. You’re passionate about digital technology and you take pride in making a tangible difference.

Main tasks:

• Provide support in understanding business requirements and work closely with team leads and Visual Developers
• Gain understanding of business requirements are develop visualizations using Power BI
• Gain deep understanding of the business rules and develop test plan and scripts
• Conduct the testing to ensure the product meets the business requirements
• Co-ordinate and communicate with developers to resolve the bugs and issues
• Manage team lead expectations through effective communication and people skills, and make appropriate escalations where needed
• Stay abreast of latest Business Intelligence tools and technologies and constantly upskilling oneself – by obtaining hands on experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Any College degree or above (preferred- computer science, statistics or analytics related subject).
• Minimum 5 year experience in reporting and analytics project delivery.
• Verbal and written advanced communication skills in English. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH TO BE CONSIDER FOR THIS ROLE.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience (6 years) in data visualization tool Power BI (using power query and DAXs). Expected proficiency Level: Proficiency Expert
• Microsoft Excel VBA - Expected proficiency Level: Intermediate-Expert
• Basic/ Intermediate level in Python (3-4 years)

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Agile delivery framework
• Experience in Agile project management tools -like Azure Devops or Jira
• Experience in Prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe XD)
• Experience is adoption of Design Thinking methodologies.
• Experience in Cloud - Bigquery preferably Google Cloud Platform
• Data science – Python, LLM Gen AI applications
• Microsoft - Power Platform ; Power Apps
• Experience in QlikSense

• Data analytical problem-solving skills and interpretation
• Ability to collaborate with virtual teams
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the different time zones, ability to work collaboratively with diverse remote teams
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in professional setting
• Ability and flexibility to grasp and learn new technology as required by ever-changing business needs and objectives.
