The work

As a Data & AI Senior Manager specializing in AI Strategy for the Health & Public Sector, you will play a critical role in helping organizations navigate the complexities of AI adoption to address societal challenges, improve health outcomes, and enhance public trust. Additionally, as the Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead for this domain, you will drive the adoption of data and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and client priorities.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position Accenture as a leader in AI-driven transformation for the Health & Public Sector.

  • Design and implement AI strategies tailored to the needs of healthcare providers, government bodies, and public institutions.

  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, human-centered AI solutions that address public health and governance challenges.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, ensuring Accenture’s offerings remain relevant and impactful.

  • Collaborate with policymakers and public sector leaders to shape AI frameworks that prioritize transparency, ethical considerations, and inclusivity.

  • Drive innovation by integrating technologies like Generative AI into solutions that streamline public services, optimize resource allocation, and enhance decision-making.

  • Advocate for responsible AI practices, ensuring alignment with public sector regulations, data privacy, and ethical AI standards.

People

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between go-to-market initiatives and business objectives.

  • Guide teams of experts, including data scientists, policy analysts, and domain specialists, to deliver solutions that resonate with public sector priorities.

  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning tailored to the unique demands of public sector projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across public institutions to ensure alignment between AI initiatives and societal goals.

Processes

  • Lead data and AI projects that transform public service delivery, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring measurable societal impact.

  • Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and messaging needed to effectively promote and deliver data and AI solutions.

  • Engage with public stakeholders to identify key challenges and co-create solutions that balance technological innovation with public accountability.

  • Establish frameworks for governance and responsible AI to foster trust and promote ethical AI usage.

Technology and Data

  • Champion the use of advanced data and AI technologies, including Generative AI, predictive modeling, and natural language processing, to address public sector challenges.

  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns and strategies that generate demand and awareness for Accenture’s data and AI services in the Health & Public Sector domain.

  • Lead initiatives to develop scalable AI solutions for public health, resource management, and public safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Stay ahead of trends in AI adoption within the health and public sectors, integrating best practices and emerging tools to drive impactful change.

Qualifications

Here's what you'll need

  • Master’s degree (WO) in Data Science, Public Policy, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting or leadership roles, with a focus on AI adoption in the public sector.

  • Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in healthcare or public administration.

  • Strong knowledge of responsible AI, data ethics, and public sector compliance frameworks.

  • Experience collaborating with government and public sector clients to shape and deliver impactful projects, and executing go-to-market strategies, including market analysis, sales enablement, and campaign execution.

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, with experience shaping and selling projects to clients in the H&PS industry.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring, fostering an environment where junior team members can learn and thrive.
