Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with strong React.js and AWS expertise to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React.js, Redux state management, and a proven track record of leading development projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development of complex web applications using React.js and Redux - Architect scalable front-end solutions and establish best practices for the team - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications - Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility - Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Required Skills & Qualifications - Must have skills - React.js and AWS. - 7+ years of overall software development experience - Strong proficiency in React.js and Redux state management - Expert knowledge of JavaScript, ES6 features, HTML5, and CSS3 - Experience with Material UI or similar component libraries - Proven experience in consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services - Excellent understanding of responsive design principles - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Preferred Qualifications - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) - Knowledge of TypeScript - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Experience with Agile development methodologies15 years full time education
