Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Experience in managing system upgrades and migrations effectively. - Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
