Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in discussions to refine application designs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and user expectations. Your role will require you to facilitate workshops and meetings, fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Experience with application design methodologies and frameworks. - Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration processes and data flow management within Workday. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM and data conversion. - A Certification and experience in data conversion is required.15 Years full time education Experience is required in the primary skill of the RRD. Mandatory certification in core skill required. Certification in specialized skill is optional
