Summary: As a Custom Application Architect, you will engage in the design of application architecture for custom software systems. Your typical day will involve translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the architecture aligns with organizational goals and meets user needs effectively. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of these solutions, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a focus on quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve application architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Confluent Event Streaming Platform. - Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles. - Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment strategies. - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
