Join a dynamic team focused on supporting sales operations and deal management for cloud solutions. Our mission is to streamline deal processes, ensure funding accuracy, and enable successful execution for Account Managers and Deal Consultants. The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting global accounts and leveraging Salesforce for pipeline management.
Job Overview
The Deal Support Specialist plays a critical role in validating, supporting, and executing sales deals. This position ensures the accuracy of deal registration, supports account teams, manages pipeline health, and facilitates the transition from approval to execution. The role is essential for maintaining operational excellence and maximizing funding opportunities for strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead deal registration and verification, ensuring compliance with deal flow processes and successful funding allocation.
Provide direct support to Account teams, verifying deal accuracy and facilitating connections to Deal Consultants/Leads.
Proactively supervise pipeline timelines and risks, managing bottlenecks and preventing timeline expirations.
Complete back-office tasks to support Approval and execution processes for Deal Consultants.
Conduct proactive outreach to Account Managers and identify deals in Salesforce for Deal Desk funding support.
Collaborate with Account Managers to apply for funding and connect them to Deal Consultants.
Maintain oversight of overall pipeline health and unblock potential issues.
Support the execution of sales operations workflows in Salesforce.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
3–5 years of experience in sales operations.
English level: C1 or higher
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with funding administration and deal desk processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce and cloud sales environment
Cloud Practitioner Certification.
