We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor with strong experience in fraud investigation, process improvement, and automation to join our internal Fraud Investigation team.
This role is critical in driving data-driven decision making, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and well-visualized information, and leading the automation of existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.

The ideal candidate combines deep fraud-risk and audit expertise with hands-on technical skills, and is able to translate operational and investigative needs into scalable automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the internal fraud investigation team, providing functional fraud knowledge and audit expertise.

  • Assess and map existing fraud investigation and audit processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions that improve data quality and accuracy, reduce manual effort and investigation time, and ensure consistent and scalable fraud reviews.

  • Translate fraud and audit requirements into clear functional and technical solutions.

  • Ensure proper data management, governance, and documentation using tools such as Excel and SharePoint.

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for automated processes, continuously optimizing solutions based on results and feedback.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in fraud investigation audit, risk management, process optimization, or automation.

  • Proven experience leading audits or improvement projects with significant organizational impact.

  • Hands-on experience in automation development

Technical & Automation Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis, including data extraction, validation, and transformation.

  • Hands-on experience in process automation, using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and/or scripting languages such as Python or VBA.

  • Solid understanding of process improvement and optimization methodologies.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data handling, modeling, validation).

  • Experience managing and organizing data and documentation in SharePoint.

  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions aligned with business and control requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly.

  • Ability to rapidly interpret unclear or evolving requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

  • Flexibility to react to high-urgency requests and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
