About the Design Team:

From initial concept to final delivery, we collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, designers, and data scientists to turn ideas into tangible outcomes. Our work is grounded in systems thinking, service design, prototyping expertise, and aesthetic storytelling, an approach that consistently delivers standout products and services across the globe.

We’re offering a 3-month paid summer internship that gives you hands-on experience working with global clients and a multidisciplinary team to shape real solutions. No two days are the same, and we promise, you won’t be making coffees for anyone.

As a design intern, you’ll contribute to live projects, from defining concepts and strategies to conducting research and designing digital interfaces. You’ll support and shadow teams tackling a range of creative challenges in emerging design disciplines, while honing your craft, exploring the intersection of design and technology, and collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

We expect our candidate to:

Help shape compelling stories and vision using top-tier design tools to create engaging products and artefacts.
Bring brand guidelines to life in fresh, unexpected ways.
Design smart design system maps that look great and help tell a story.
Collaborate across many disciplines including software, analytics, product strategy, and research.
Support in turning abstract ideas into clear, impactful experiences that help teams and clients understand complex concepts.
Communicate your design decisions with clarity and confidence. We love a good critique session and we only get better through constructive feedback.
Have a good grasp of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and mural.
Sketch fast, iterate often, and bring ideas to life with speed and style.
Dive into service and interaction design challenges with curiosity and creativity.
Support end-to-end design thinking. From user needs and concepting to product creation and interaction design.
Communicate digital product ideas through wireframes, flows and interactive prototypes.
Get involved in design research, asking the right questions and uncovering insights.
Give and receive design feedback like a pro. Thoughtfully, constructively, and clear.
Support pitch efforts and client meetings.
Be a design ambassador for our team.
Help plan and attend events, workshops, and conferences.

Applicant Requirements:

We’re particularly keen to hear from students studying interaction design or visual communication.

Candidates must:

Be on track to achieve, or have achieved, a minimum 2:1 in your degree.
Be in penultimate, final year or have recently graduated.
Be proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, and Mural.
Be currently enrolled in a design course or have relevant industry experience.

Other desirable skills:

Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent attention to detail.
Solid interpersonal skills.
Good time and schedule management.
Confidence in sharing your ideas and insights.
Familiarity with communicating design concepts through sketches, wireframes, navigation flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
Ability to explain and justify design decisions clearly and constructively.
Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Premiere is a plus.
