Key Responsibilities

· Validates and approves project scope and supports the process of identifying project requirements for multiple projects.

· Provides support to production team, assigns tasks, provides clear instructions, helps remove roadblocks, and clarifies questions.

· Ensures team deliveries are in alignment with scope defined in SOW and quality standards, reviews the overall integration of requirements, validates that proper deliverable and phase stage containment is occurring where required.

· Owns all change requests at program level and validates against SOW, informs schedule and budget impacts to internal leadership and main stakeholders, ensures timely delivery of high quality deliverables including but not limited to all change requests.

· Demonstrates creativity and flexibility when determining needed deliverables, high level approach, project profile, responsible teams, critical path by deliverable, productivity improvements, overall risks and planning assumptions using Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) as required, develops an operating plan for one or multiple projects.

· Manages and supports the project managers on one or multiple projects from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project, ensures project is properly staffed as per the solution provided in the SOW.

· Demonstrates experience managing project schedule and coordinates to determine overall project schedule and timeline.

· Understand, validates, and assesses time estimations to meet deadlines on time, develops an evaluation method to assess project strengths and identify areas of improvement to optimize and reduce overall estimates.

· Understands advanced financial concepts, leads and manages budget across one or multiple projects (including multiple projects of over 35 FTEs), develops budget plans for one or more projects.

· Demonstrates experience managing project cost to ensure project financial health, has excellent cost management skills.

· Ensure quality assurance process aligns to project SLAs and KPIs, ensures timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables, monitors that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, has a focus on quality.

· Ensures that best practices and lessons learned are applied to projects within the program, determines process improvements to improve productivity and performance.

· Demonstrates vast experience working with multicultural teams, understands and factors in the cultural diversity of the audience when planning communications.

· Defines and ensures team performance is within the production SLA/KPIs, guides research efforts of teams, recognizing when to apply inference, creativity, and experience, takes responsibility for developing team members by providing regular constructive feedback.

· Mentors and provides guidance to project resources to continually improve project productivity, coach others to improve their problem-solving abilities.

· Ensures program/project is properly staffed as per the solution provided in the SOW.

· Consolidates and manages accurate and timely reporting of overall program status to internal leadership and high-level stakeholders.

· Experience managing communication plan at program level, makes communication easy and transparent between project issues and decision making, ensures effective team communications between affected team members, communicates with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction, facilitates discussions to reach mutually acceptable outcomes and resolve conflict.

· Demonstrates experience managing risk mitigation at program level, ensures resolution of team issues, risks, and conflicts, ensures stakeholders understand what risks will or will not be mitigated.

· Builds trust relationships with client and program stakeholders, meets with stakeholders to ensure clear and transparent communication, guides team members on maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Demonstrates experience managing escalations at program level, predicts client issues and proactively raises these issues with supervisor, raises questions and concerns keeping the team’s objectives in mind and works towards solutions that will enhance team performance.

· Experience managing procurement processes.

Required Experience

· 5+ year experience in Project Management in client facing environments

· C1/C2 English level (Written and spoken)

· 3+ year experience in people management
