Our global Accenture team operates from Czech Republic and other delivery centers supporting our global client with pre-payroll activities for multiple countries. Newly, we will support our client on its HR transformation journey with variety of HR processes mainly for Germany and France. We are open-minded, hardworking and ambitious. This will be your future role:

The HR Advisor brings the HR knowledge and experience to deliver a ensure that the HR processes are administered and delivered according to the terms agreed by Accenture and the client.

As HR Senior Advisor you will:

- participate during client knowledge transfer, post go-live stabilization and deliver service to the client while ensuring all the agreed Service Levels are met

- handle variety of employee requests and queries via email and ticketing system, mainly related to Time and Leave management

- become trusted HR advisor for your stakeholders (HR Partners, Managers, employees), with focus on high levels of customer satisfaction

- work closely with other colleagues from Prague and India delivery centers to ensure continuity of HR process delivery for our client

- operate based on process documentation on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments

- use your process knowledge to drive successful operation of the entire team

This is what you already have:

· You enjoy communicating and you are fluent in English and German or French

· You have 1+ years of relevant HR experience or of similar support function experience; and you have desire to develop further in HR

· You are customer oriented with great communication skills

· You have advanced MS office tools knowledge.

· You enjoy getting to the core of issues and you do not leave any detail out

· You like to give customers the best experience possible

· You enjoy doing a variety of tasks while adhering to agreed ways of working

· You will support process improvement initiatives
