Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness in application usage. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (Oracle BRM), AWS Administration. - Strong understanding of scripting and automation techniques to enhance application functionality. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Familiarity with version control systems and deployment methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
