Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Server Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support and enhance digital banking platforms. The role involves providing deep technical expertise in server-side development, integration, and platform support, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of enterprise banking applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for server-side technologies within digital banking platforms
- Design, develop, and support Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot
- Support and maintain Oracle database-backed applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and server issues across Unix-based environments
- Support application deployments and integrations across multiple platforms
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and knowledge transfer to junior team members
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of server-side application architecture
- Experience working with Oracle databases
- Hands-on experience with Unix-based operating systems (HPUX, Linux, Solaris)
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
- Experience in enterprise-scale application environments
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Kubernetes / OpenShift and Docker
- CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Full-stack development exposure
- Spring Framework, Spring Batch
- WebLogic Server
- Apache Camel (CXF)
