Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and translating findings into design solutions that enhance usability and satisfaction. You will engage in iterative design processes, creating wireframes and prototypes, while continuously seeking feedback to refine your designs. Your role will also include staying updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the user experience remains innovative and effective. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights. - Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. - Familiarity with usability testing methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
