THE WORK:

  • You’ll provide technical and administrative support to the PMO Construction Department.
  • You’ll review Change Orders (CO), Field Orders (FO), and contractual documents for Districtwide design and construction projects.
  • You’ll coordinate with PMO staff and College Project Teams to process Change Orders for active projects.
  • You’ll perform detailed reviews of Change Order documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • You’ll monitor changes and revisions to ensure timely processing of COs and FOs.
  • You’ll participate in and assist with coordination meetings to support timely reviews and workflows.
  • You’ll facilitate resolution of conflicts and issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • You’ll read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
  • You’ll maintain Change Order logs, tracking documents, and daily task logs for PMO reference.
  • You’ll collect, track, and review lessons learned and submit them for closeout and management review.
  • You’ll prepare and assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
  • You’ll generate, distribute, and maintain meeting minutes and electronic records for all reviews.
  • You’ll submit COs and FOs for final PMO and District approvals and perform related administrative duties as assigned.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a similar role or position in construction
  • BS/BA Degree in construction, engineering, or architecture. Four years of additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum years stated above may be substituted for the required education
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and SharePoint
  • Experience using BlueBeam and Adobe software for document reviews/mark-ups

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Previous experience with Change Orders and Supporting Documentation
  • Previous experience with educational projects
  • Experience working on a large client program
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Prolog, Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder), Proliance or other PMIS systems
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat sign (formerly Adobe E-Sign)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
