Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to accelerate delivery and enhance quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to craft comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. By defining and implementing key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, focusing on test execution and defect resolution to drive continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Experience with HTML/CSS, angular and Typescript - Experience in consuming APIs and working with RESTful services - Ability to create designs that work on various devices and screen sizes - Proficiency in using browser developer tools for debugging and optimizing web applications - Experience with testing frameworks supporting unit testing and playwright - Understanding of accessibility standards Experience with AWS, GitHub actions and workflows Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Angular 21 (Angular Signals, Angular Elements (Web Components), TypeScript, RxJS (Observables and operators Reactive programming patterns), State Management, NgRx SignalStore (Signal-based state management ngrx/signals), Nx, Vite (Build configuration, Development server), UI & Styling, Testing, Vitest (testing-library/angular), Playwright (E2E Testing), ESLint & Prettier, Figma, Web Components / Micro Frontends (Building Angular apps as web components) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. - Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
