Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and analyze system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, utilizing your expertise to enhance system functionality and user experience, while also documenting findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of business operations, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques for network issues. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
