Role: Security Analyst Role description: Design and implement Endpoint Protection Solutions to meet the business requirements. Must Have Skills: Microsoft Purview DLP and/or Symantec DLP Key Responsibilities: a. Work with the key stakeholders, gather the requirement for implementing Endpoint Security solutions, additional/new features to meet the business requirements b. Work on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Endpoint Security products like Windows Defender c. Have ITIL process knowledge. d. Have good knowledge of System Development Methodologies and have experience across system development stages e. Lead, capture and assure our clients' security requirements are met f. Provide timely reports, presentations ad other deliverables as per the Service Level Agreement Technical Experience: a. Sound technical knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP b. Sound technical knowledge of DLP policy creation, fine-tuning etc along with some troubleshooting experience Professional Attributes: a. Inclined to learn new technologies and willing to go extra mile to gain knowledge in other products b. Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers at different levels of the organization Educational Qualification: a. Microsoft certification (SC-400, SC-401) b. ITIL Certification15 years full time education
