Summary: As a Database Administrator, you will design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that database systems are functioning efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations. - Assist in the development of database policies and procedures to enhance data security. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling. - Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
