Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex problems and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and leveraging practical experience to deliver effective solutions in structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. You will engage in problem-solving activities that require a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, ensuring that the engineering solutions are both innovative and practical. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest engineering practices and technologies. - Assist in the documentation of engineering processes and solutions to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Create precise illustrations for Parts Catalogues, ensuring clarity and compliance with Airbus standards. - Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and source data independently to produce accurate and high-quality graphics. - Perform detailed source data analysis to assess its impact on technical publications and product documentation. - Ensure all illustrations adhere to ATA iSpec 2200 and S1000D specifications, with a strong understanding of both standards. - Utilize tools such as umlaut TecDraw and Tech Illustrator (TI) for illustration development. - Handle and incorporate 3D data into illustrations where applicable. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of Engineering Drawings and GD&T principles. - Collaborate closely with technical authors, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Maintain version control and documentation integrity throughout the illustration lifecycle. - Experience working with Airbus platforms or documentation systems is a Must. - Knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures. - Exposure to PLM systems like Teamcenter or SAP. - Contribute proactively as a dynamic and reliable team player. - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to support cross-team collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Illustration Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
