We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Consultant to incubate and expand our strategy business within the Health & Public Services industry vertical. This roles involved working with public sector agencies, nonprofits, and healthcare organizations to tackle their most complex strategic challenges at a time of unprecedented funding pressure, rising service demand, and rapid change.

The Practice- A Brief Sketch:
The GN Strategy Industry Group is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on strategic priorities for the C-suite. We help clients with strategies that are at the intersection of business and technology, drive value and impact, shape new businesses & design operating models for the future.
The candidate will be required to have exposure to core-strategy projects in the Health & Public Services domain with a primary focus on Strategy and secondary focus on IT Strategy.
Key Responsibilities of a Health & Public Service Strategy Consultant:
Strategy & Advisory:
Structure complex client problems and develop hypothesis-driven approaches to address strategic and operational challenges
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses across markets, funding models, operating performance, and capabilities
Synthesize insights into clear, executive-level recommendations and decision frameworks
Create client deliverables for technology projects that include: platform-specific strategies that align with larger organizational goals, project implementation roadmaps, leadership workshops, Produce executive-ready deliverables, including strategy decks, operating model designs, and business cases
Build financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic options and trade-offs
Support development of actionable roadmaps that bridge strategy and execution
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on sustainability trends, frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., UN SDGs, ESG reporting)
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Health & Public Services sector, acting as a trusted advisor or strategy clients
Lead client discussions to identify challenges and opportunities, aligning solutions with organizational goals
Project Management:
Co-lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategy projects, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Health & Public Services sector, including RFP responses and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to expand service offerings and develop innovative approaches to sustainability challenges
Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Build capacity in strategy expertise within the team, ensuring alignment with market needs and trends
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required with MBA or equivalent degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate sustainability, or related fields. Exposure to one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
Revenue diversification modeling
Technology benchmarking and value case realization
Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) for nonprofit organizations
Extensive experience in Strategy and Technology Pre Sales, Proposal and Client Delivery.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create impactful presentations and reports for sustainability initiatives
Certifications: Technology-related certifications (e.g., agile methodologies, data analytics, cloud architecture) are highly desirable
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders on sustainability issues

Communication and Presentation Skills to hold C-Suite influential dialogues, narratives, conversations, and share ideas.
Ability to solve problems in unstructured scenarios, to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions.
Analytical and outcome-driven approach to perform data analyses & generate insights, and application of these insights for strategic insights and outcomes.
Value Driven Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with the latest industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics and value drivers.
Financial Acumen and Value Creation to develop relevant financial models to back up a business case.
Articulation of strategic and future vision.
Ability to identify Technology Disruptions in the Public Services industry.
