Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system functionalities and enhancements, while also documenting solutions and processes to improve future responses to similar issues. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of application enhancements and updates. - Provide training and support to team members and end-users on application functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development. - Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with database management and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation. - Ability to document processes and solutions clearly for future reference. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
