Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance the reputation of Accenture in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require effective communication and a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, ensuring that you serve as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. - Develop and present innovative solutions that address client challenges and enhance delivery outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
