Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, while also ensuring that the solutions are robust and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Siemens Teamcenter & OpCenter delivery and presales / solution 3experience. R & R is SA role Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. - Familiarity with agile practices and tools for project management. - Siemens stack Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 16 - 20 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
