THE WORK:

    • You’ll create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.
    • You’ll integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
    • You’ll generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports.
    • You’ll coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
    • You’ll ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates.
    • You’ll publish schedules in prescribed formats and locations.
    • You’ll integrate Primavera P6 data with other platforms, such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.
    • You’ll support change management processes and perform QA/QC checks on schedules.
    • You’ll provide scheduling insights to project managers for issue resolution.
    • You’ll attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
    Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
    With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • High school diploma required.
    • 2–4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree, or 4–6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree.

Bonus Points If You Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field from an accredited program, or equivalent years of experience.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for working in both one-on-one and group settings.
