As a Salesforce Agentforce + Data Cloud professional, you will provide strategic leadership and governance for enterprise-wide intelligent agent and unified data initiatives. You will be responsible for defining vision, establishing governance frameworks, and driving large-scale Agentforce and Data Cloud transformations aligned with business objectives.
This role requires deep expertise across Agentforce, Agentforce Vibes, Salesforce Architecture, and Salesforce Data Cloud. You will partner with executive stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and value-driven AI-powered solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight for Agentforce and Data Cloud strategy, architecture, and adoption
Define enterprise governance models, standards, and guardrails for intelligent agent solutions
Drive AI and agent-based transformation initiatives aligned with business value realization
Establish scalable operating models, frameworks, and Centers of Excellence (CoE)
Govern solution architecture across multi-cloud, multi-org, and enterprise ecosystems
Lead executive design authority reviews and strategic decision-making forums
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and risk management requirements
Advise client leadership on Agentic AI, automation strategy, and workforce transformation
Sponsor reusable assets, accelerators, and enterprise solution blueprints
Mentor senior architects, engineering leaders, and program stakeholders
Define enterprise Data Cloud strategy enabling unified customer and operational intelligence
Govern data usage, consent, privacy, and compliance across AI and agent solutions
Align Data Cloud initiatives with enterprise data platforms and analytics ecosystems
Define scalable integration patterns including zero-copy / federated architectures

Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have Skills
Deep expertise in Salesforce Enterprise and Technical Architecture
o Extensive experience with Agentforce
Experience in using Vibe Coding tools for delivery acceleration.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI, conversational AI, and autonomous agent ecosystems
Proven ability to define AI and automation strategies at enterprise scale
Expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, scalability, and integration architecture
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture and capabilities
Expertise in data governance, privacy, and consent management principles
Familiarity with modern data integration patterns and external data platforms

Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
Salesforce System Architect
Salesforce Application Architect
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

Additional Information
15+ years of Salesforce, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation experience
