- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong experience in software configuration and customization within product lifecycle management environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software design.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
