THE WORK:

  • You'll serve as the primary lead for key client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery and satisfaction
  • You'll drive client retention, account growth, and new business development
  • You'll lead presentations, negotiations, and fee proposal management
  • You'll identify and pursue opportunities to expand cost management services
  • You'll oversee financial performance, including revenue, margins, forecasting, and receivables
  • You'll provide strategic cost control guidance across capital planning, procurement, and risk management
  • You'll deliver value engineering and cost-saving solutions without compromising quality
  • You'll build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
  • You'll lead QA/QC reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • You'll champion operational excellence, optimize KPIs, and represent the firm in the industry
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Cost Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Data Center Experience preferable
  • Certifications (preferred): MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
