Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, your day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and define key performance indicators that measure success. Your role includes supporting quality management activities to ensure that all business and design requirements are thoroughly addressed. You also play a vital role in educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a clear understanding of the process designs, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align process designs with business objectives.
- Document and communicate process workflows and performance metrics effectively.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into process designs.
- Experience in developing and managing key performance indicators to monitor process effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with application architects and other technical teams to align business and application requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with quality management principles to ensure compliance with business and design standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
