As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or related engineering or technical fields with 6+ years for relevant experience
Strong experience in web application development with React V18+ in IT Industry.
Developed an application/component individually or with minimum help
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Strong knowledge in software engineering with javascript, es6, react js, redux, redux toolkit and jsx
Deep understanding of frontend development tools and technologies (e.g. npm, webpack, less- css processors, css flex box model)
Experience in designing secure, robust and scalable frontend applications
Familiarity with architecture styles/apis (rest) and version control systems like git/gitlab
Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
Deep understanding about reusability and componentization.
Experience on Monorepo would be added advantage.

These then surface relevant, actionable insights and CIO content at the point of interaction and in real-time. STAAT Insights deliver contextually aware, actionable client opportunities and insights where the advisors need them the most
