Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are tailored effectively, continuously refining and enhancing the systems to support evolving business goals. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with problem-solving and adaptation to changing project demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document development processes and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within the Salesforce Experience Cloud environment.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud to meet diverse business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Experience Cloud with other systems.
- Understanding of user interface design and user experience considerations in application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
