This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain the integrity and performance of the security architecture while adapting to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security architectures for cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud services.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
