- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of model design with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve model architectures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Document design decisions and model specifications to support knowledge sharing and future development.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with neural network design and optimization techniques related to language processing.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and model training methodologies.
- Familiarity with handling large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training purposes.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of software tools and frameworks commonly used in developing and deploying language models.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
