Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP environment.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP implementations.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
