As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, a typical day involves spearheading initiatives to collect and interpret diverse data sets related to clients and markets. This role requires orchestrating comprehensive analysis efforts that encompass customer behavior, financial metrics, operational workflows, and competitive landscapes. The position demands a strategic approach to transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support enhanced business decisions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align analytical outcomes with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that data-driven strategies are effectively implemented and continuously refined.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and validation of analytical models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate analytical findings into broader business strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Strong capability in data integration, transformation, and optimization within cloud environments.
- Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools and platforms to support team-based analytics projects.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to data analytics infrastructure.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
