Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team as a Network Connectivity Solution Architect with a focus on Data Network technologies. The role involves designing innovative, scalable, and secure solutions to enhance the customer experience. The Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and business units to ensure alignment of business requirements with strategic global solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture - Assist in designing end-to-end client connectivity network solutions using network and cloud infrastructure platforms such as Cisco routers and switches, Palo Alto and Fortigate Firewalls, AWS and Azure Cloud, Equinix Fabric. - Provide detailed design of data and voice connectivity solutions between Accenture and the client. - Supply detailed costs to client engagement teams. - Ensure compliance with industry security and regulatory standards. Data-Driven Insights - Assess and recommend global network topologies for multi-region cloud deployments. - Work with telecom providers and internal teams to design MPLS, Direct Connect, and VPN-based secure data transmission solutions. Collaboration & Communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network architects, network deployment teams, developers, and operations. - Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. - Prepare and deliver presentations on proposed architectures and solutions. Continuous Learning - Stay updated with emerging trends in cloud and networking technologies, AI, and hybrid networking innovations. - Suggest new tools and features to enhance business outcomes. Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Network deployment and implementation. - Thorough knowledge of network protocols (routing and switching), technologies, and monitoring tools. - Good IP/TCP/MPLS networking knowledge. - Good knowledge of Internet VPN-based technologies (IPSec, SSL). - Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services such as VPC, EC2, DirectConnect/ExpressRoute, TransitGateway, Lambda, S3, etc. - Thorough knowledge of network equipment including Cisco routers, Juniper and Cisco switches, Palo Alto and Fortigate firewalls, Juniper SRX firewalls. - Proficiency in visualization tools such as Visio or Power BI. - Skills in automation and Python language is a plus. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative team player. Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3–4 years of experience in designing/implementing data networking technologies or in an operational role. - Network or Cloud Industry Certifications in AWS, Azure, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar technologies are desirable.
