Role Overview
We re looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Optimizely (Episerver) to build and enhance scalable digital platforms. You ll be deep in the code, shaping robust solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Development
Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Optimizely CMS / Commerce
Build reusable components and scalable backend services using .NET / ASP.NET Core
Implement responsive, high-performance web applications
Integration
Integrate Optimizely with third-party systems (APIs, CRMs, analytics tools)
Work with headless and hybrid CMS architectures
Performance & Quality
Optimize application performance, caching, and content delivery
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Troubleshoot and resolve defects efficiently
Collaboration
Work with designers, QA, and product teams to deliver features
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
5–8 years of experience in .NET / ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core
Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS and/or Commerce
Strong knowledge of C#, Web APIs, REST services
Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with SQL Server / database design
Tools & Practices
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of caching, performance tuning
Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
Optimizely certification
Experience with headless CMS / React / Angular
Exposure to eCommerce implementations
Understanding of A/B testing / personalization
