Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering an efficient and effective business operation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and processes to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in customizing and optimizing business process workflows within enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate meaningful reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with integration methods and data management best practices within software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
