Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, your day revolves around enhancing the quality engineering function by integrating continuous and efficient testing processes. You focus on transforming traditional testing into a streamlined operation that ensures accuracy and integrity throughout the software development lifecycle. Your role involves evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent by leveraging automation and innovative solutions, thereby significantly improving control and reliability across projects. Collaboration and innovation are key aspects of your daily activities as you contribute to advancing the overall quality framework within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in automation testing.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and testing deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
