- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and maintainable data models.
- Experience in integrating data architecture with application development processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality management concepts.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
