Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business requirements into functional software components that support organizational goals and operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document design specifications and application configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FIORI applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP FIORI and Gateway components.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and protocols used within SAP environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
