As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application requirements and ensure that the developed solutions effectively support business operations. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business expectations and technical implementation, contributing to the creation of efficient and reliable software applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and validation of application designs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance software functionality and performance.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques to ensure data integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
