- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in coding, debugging, and testing custom software solutions.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools to build scalable applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between systems.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.
