- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and transportation logistics.
