- Cloud & Data Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
- Enterprise Platforms: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft (ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
- Service & Workflow Platforms: ServiceNow, Adobe, Genesys and other industry platforms
- We work with clients across the full lifecycle—strategy, design, implementation, optimization, and managed services—co‑innovating with our partners to deliver integrated, scalable, and outcome‑driven health solutions.
You Are: An Experienced Delivery Lead with proven skills in advising and delivering large scale digitally enabled transformation projects across a broad range of health-related technologies as listed above.
The Work: Depending on the engagement, you will lead Accenture teams, ecosystem partners, and client stakeholders across one or more of the following:
- Translate healthcare business and clinical requirements into integrated, ecosystem‑based solutions
- Lead delivery and contribute to sales across Healthcare CIS, Salesforce, cloud, data, ERP, Cyber, and digital engagement platforms
- Mobilize and lead multi‑disciplinary delivery teams across Accenture, vendors, and client organizations
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through quality delivery (land and expand)
- Own delivery outcomes aligned to Accenture Managed Delivery standards
- Establish scope baselines, financial controls, and change governance
- Revalidate delivery estimates at key lifecycle milestones
- Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methods, risk, and quality policies
- Track and actively manage delivery metrics and performance
- Lead QA reviews and resolve critical actions to agreed timelines
- Partner with client executives to establish shared objectives and participate in steering committees and governance forums cascade engagement objectives and performance goals across teams using Workday
Here is what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in related field.
- Health Technology & Ecosystem Experience is a must
- 10+ years of experience delivering healthcare technology or digital transformation programs
- Experience working as part of consulting firms, systems integrators, or healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated delivery leadership across multi-platform environments, including: Clinical Information Systems (Oracle Health, Epic, MEDITECH), CRM based solutions, Cloud and data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) and ERP & enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Experience delivering solutions in complex, multi-site or provincially scaled healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, operational processes, and digital enablement
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage senior client relationships
- Hybrid work location; travel is expected per the terms of the contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional preferred.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
